The violinist Marie
Loesche - like most members of the biyuya ensemble - may
be counted to the new generation of musicians, who bring classical
and improvised music together.
Taking violin lessons from hungarian and german teachers since
her childhood she later joined various youth orchestras to play
- among other concerts - a tour through the capital cities of Europe.
In 1999 Marie Loesche went to New York to take lessons and play
with musicians from the Manhattan School of Music. In 2000 she received
a scholarship from the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts.
